Joe Bryant
Assistant Vice President of Member Business Lending

In his role as the Assistant Vice President of Member Business Lending, Joe is responsible for structuring and servicing member business loans that are funded by credit unions. During his career, Joe has worked on behalf of local, national, publicly traded and privately held companies in addition to individual borrowers. He has helped facilitate the exchange in more than $750 million in real estate transactions across 14 states. Transactions include; multifamily, retail, industrial, office, self-storage, hotel properties and single family construction.

Joe double majored in Finance and Real Estate at the University of Northern Iowa and is currently pursuing his MBA through the University of Iowa.
