Jim Harrington
Vice President of Member Business Lending

In his role as Vice President of Member Business Lending, Jim Harrington is responsible for business development, underwriting and closing new loan requests, structuring participation deals and servicing a loan portfolio.

Prior to joining CBL, Jim worked at Regions Bank as Vice President of Commercial Banking where he managed a portfolio worth more than $30 million. Jim’s background includes ownership of James Capital Corporation serving as a commercial finance consultant for business owners and managers. He was also the business development officer for On-Site Credit Services where he was responsible for helping to develop new products and services and marketing those commercial finance services to business owners/managers. He has been active in the community serving as a member of the West Des Moines Chamber, West Des Moines Ambassadors, West Des Moines Rotary, and the National Association of Equipment Lease Brokers.
