Who actually funds the loans?

The credit union referring the deal to CBL have the opportunity to fund the loan. Should it choose to fund less than 100 percent of the transaction, CBL will solicit funding from other credit unions. The referring credit union receives a referral fee on the portion funded by other credit unions.
