Logan Reisinger

Logan Reisinger joined the Community Business Lenders team in October 2018 as an intern before becoming a full-time Credit Analyst in May 2019. After doing a brief stint at another financial institution, Logan re-joined the CBL team in August of 2022 as a Senior Credit Analyst; he was promoted to AVP in March 2024. He graduated from Drake University’s Zimpleman College of Business in May of 2019 with a BSBA in finance and economics; in addition, he received his Master of Business Administration with a focus on business analytics from Drake in December 2023.

Logan’s underwriting experience ranges from $100,000 to over $50 million across all types of commercial real estate in the Midwest and on the East Coast. In addition to underwriting, he assists with data reporting, data analysis, marketing, loan accounting, and loan documentation. Logan takes a data-driven approach to help CBL in expanding, growing, and improving the business.

A native of Aplington, IA, he now resides in West Des Moines with his wife, their two cats, and a dog. In the community, Logan is a former member of West YP’s leadership committee, a Big with Big Brothers Big Sisters, and serves on the Big Impact Board for Big Brothers Big Sisters. Other hobbies of his include golfing, smoking meat, watching Ted Lasso, and cheering on the Drake Bulldogs.
